What we are looking for:

• Outgoing and patient customer service focused personality
• The ability to multi-task and be a team player
• Self-motivation and organizational skills
• Telephone contact experience preferred but will train the right candidate
• Must be upbeat and personable and enjoy providing outstanding customer service relations
• Must have the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with prospective customers
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus, not mandatory

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that customers enjoy the shopping and buying experience by providing professional, timely, and thorough service
• Maintain and grow knowledge of luxury automobile manufacturers as well as maintain professional and technical expertise
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation
• Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,455.38 - $89,905.09 per year

Experience:
